Ronda lundbaek

Ronda’s childhood love for art led her to Interior Design school. For the past 20 years, she has been deeply involved in the San Francisco interior design community. She began her career working for the prestigious showroom Sloan Miyasato. During this time, she traveled extensively throughout Europe studying luxury fabrics and rugs at historical mills. She also presented at international design shows in London and New York. Ronda has a natural talent for color, texture and space planning.  Besides design and staging, her dreams always include floating in a tropical ocean somewhere. She lives with her husband and twin daughters in Marin County.

Jennifer Richard

Jennifer’s love of architecture, design, and style is what ultimately led her to co-found Glow Design + Staging. Jennifer began her career working in the corporate world where she honed her skills in business administration, accounting, and operations management. Jennifer became involved in the home remodels of many of her business clients, and after completing her own major home remodel as the Owner/Builder, Jennifer pursued her desire to create a design and staging company that would masterfully make clients’ homes feel warm and welcoming while at the same time look impressive and appealing to prospective buyers. Jennifer lives in Marin County with her husband and two children and enjoys spending her free time running, hiking, and biking on the beautiful trails in Marin.
